Extracted from the seed of Butyruspermum parkii, a plant native to West Africa, shea butter comes in the form of a consistent, greenish-white mass and is used in cosmetics for its excellent emollient properties. Protects, nourishes, calms, repairs, regenerates, and prevents dehydration of the skin. Thanks to these properties it is widely used in cosmetics in the sun protection sector, in the treatment of dry skin, stretch marks, skin relaxation and in preparations for massages.
